By accessing and using Read The Clock (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Read The Clock provides an interactive educational platform designed to help children learn to read analog and digital clocks. The service operates in two modes: a free tier with limited access and a premium tier with full access for a one-time payment of $24.
Users may register for an account to access premium features. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Premium accounts may create up to three child profiles for progress tracking.
Premium access requires a one-time payment of $24. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Premium access is granted for the lifetime of the service with no recurring fees. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The creators and operators of Read The Clock shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
